In my experience, this jerry can is a great option for camping. Being able to fill it from a Colorado stream is perfect. Just don't let the filter dry up . I ended up purchasing a new one.
Google is indeed my friend :) and I'm aware of what a new one costs. I'm looking for that one person in this community who may have an extra stashed away, willing to let it go for less than retail $. Doesn't hurt to ask.
New canopy campers should have the wiring harness already extended to the driver’s side to accommodate a fireplace on the passenger side. If it’s an older model with wires on the passenger, you will need 10 AWG to extend the solar + and - (14 AWG for all other loads).
813 Fabrication has a really nice set of aluminum brackets that are slotted for easy adjustments. Also, 100% recommend his aluminum panels over Goose Gear's wood panels. Waaaaaaaay better fitment and looks awesome. I paid $60 to a local metal fabricator to cut holes for electrical.
813 Fabrication makes really nice products. If you have factory rails in the bed of your Tacoma, this may work (even though it says it's for Jeep Gladiator): https://www.813fabrication.com/product-page/arb-twin-compressor-mount-for-jeep-gladiator
