This is how my set up worked when i lived in CO and primarly did winter camping at 10k.

I've seen that tundra combo for sale a few times over the years. The review from trekadvisor is pretty spot on with my experience with the manufacture.

Done it but couldn't access the camper door. Not ideal but better than hauling a trailer for this specific trip.
I used lots of tiedowns and it turned out to be more stable than without the camper because i could secure the bike to camper jacks.
I've camped in some of the coldest weather in a pop up lite-craft as well a hard sided Northstar. My advice:
- Dual Heat (Forced Propane and Wave 3 or 6 catalytic heater)
- Dual 6V batteries (Try to locating them somewhere where they have some insulation)
- Home depot or Lowes Insulation

You would need a pretty significant mast and standing rigging which could get complicated on such a short platform. I would suggest a kite.
