I have AVS. Work great and solid. I ended up taking the one off of my side because i like more air flow when I'm driving. My wife loves the one on her side and noe one has ever noticed there is only one on the van.
I used a 5k btu unit to cool the master bedroom in my house a couple summers ago. 113 degrees and it could barely keep up for 450 sqft. should be more then enough for the van.
DPTuner is the bomb. "slight" turbo upgrade would be rebuild your turbo and add a wicked wheel 2 (bonus slightly increased whistle). Garret GTP38R is the next step but thats $1500
E series doors changed in 2004(?) so in order for someone to use this write up they need to know what to do to their door to prep it. Good piece of info here, just needs a bit more if someone is to follow it as a recipe.
