I could measure it but I can tell you its the same size as the spring retainer cup on the bottom. It uses the same bolt holes as the spring retainer. I used it with OME Heavies and it gave me about 4 inches of lift in the rear. I will ship it. PM me if you want them. Thanks -Tim

I'm not sure if they would work or not. I used them with springs. The blocks with heavy springs gave me about 4 inches of lift.
