^^ various body builder's guides call for anywhere between 3" and 10" depending on the model of truck and what all they choose to stuff behind the cab.
An example of the larger would be a mate's Isuzu FTR, which has a HUGE plastic intake tube going right up to the top of the cab. It has to be...
Are those factory grid/bolt pattern in the frame and brackets made to fit or frame holes drilled in bracket pattern?
Just curious, as it appears from the Fuso Body Builder's guide that holes should not be drilled in a perfect grid or all in a line. I can't imagine the steel cracking between...

custom adapter from Isuzu trans to NV271, I would presume. I doubt that is an off the shelf piece anywhere. The NV271 uses a relatively common bolt pattern, so with a lathe and mill, it should not be that difficult to do, but I dont have either.
I am 95% sure about the locker. They will perform...
That is a CM truck bed, VERY nice bed and $$$ for sure.
If the huck bolts were removed and the bed is attached with appropriately graded hardware, I see no issues with it. I have certainly seen much worse.
^^ FTR and FRR cabs are exactly the same. The FRR setup is a few inches wider than an FG (79 vs 82 IIRC).
The FTR only has large fender flare extensions to accommodate the 41" tall factory tires on wider wheels/axle.
If you remove the large gray outter fender and the huge FTR bumper, you have...
The curb weights are all contained in the body builders guides, which can be found by searching year and model of truck and PDF in your favourite search engine.
While the FRR has a slightly different frame and is only rated at 19,500 pounds (FVR, FXR have ratings of at least 33,000), I can't...
I would be QUITE skeptical of an Ebay "chip" for $89, when Steinbauer, Bully Dog, H&S and other majour tuners sells chips and programmers for thousands of dollars.
You likely have the 4D34 engine and there are several threads on the ih8mud forum explaining tuning options for these engines. They...
Are both rear axles going to be driven? If so, how? Second transfer case or axle swap or?
In the States, 2.5 ton Rockwells are quite common and make an easy conversion but require significant investment to really make them top notch.
In a UTV or rock buggy, the solution is either a lap belt (similar to above) or five point harnesses. Since commercial trucks are not required to have things like air bags, nor are they required to meet passenger car/light truck crash test standards, I might be inclined to go the harness route.
Isuzu rear locker is likely this:
http://www.drivetrainamerica.com/p-610-225s79-detroit-locker-no-spin-isuzu-differential.aspx
which is the only non-OEM locker that I can locate anywhere. I have contacted multiple dealers and no one seems to have any in stock. Maybe he found a dealer or...
That body style did not come into production until 2005 and ran until 2011 (I think) when the current cab style was released, new Duonic trans, etc)
It is the FG84 and the previous iteration (gray trim at front of cab and two rectangular headlamps) was FG649.
I would presume that a dedicated...

Bump for updates and interior pics.
Also, from the pics, it does not appear there is much up travel with the 37's. I know this is an issue on the stock setup as well. I would be interested in hearing/seeing how your front suspension is configured.
Cheers
Second gen 4Runner, stacked cases, SAS and 37's??
That would be a tough trade to a 100 series for me. Great write-up though it's a bit of a haul from the SE states.
