nothing works on mine. spent 5 min before work today and the 2 plugs that go into the back of the display were disconnected. Didn't have enough time to play with it. Maybe I will have a free 12V cooler or a free heavy cooler. :Wow1:

they are refunding my purchase. got confirmation today. i get to keep the unit. i'll will start to do some more trouble shooting. anybody know how to get the display off?

It appears to be just a bag but when i spoke to them they said they need 2-3 weeks because they are made to your specific year. So it may be different depending on what year your trailer is.

Finally got hold of somebody at Jumping Jack Lifetime Products about getting a replacement bag. They want $450 yes that is four hundred and fifty United States Dollars to replace the bag. INSANE IMO. Looks like all their replacement parts are priced out of this world. I will need to...

I spoke to Lifetime regarding this. This tent does not erect as easily and quickly as the orginal Jumping Jack. Apparently this tent was actually designed by lifetime and the Jumping Jack was designed by somebody else.

I put a deposit on a used 2005 today. Has pretty much every option also. Will pick it up on wed when I get back from a business trip
