No affiliation, just saw the pricing had dropped from their regular amounts. Not as inexpensive as RTIC, but I've never seen Yeti/Grizzly/Canyon/Orca/Pelican/Etc do a price drop like this.
I long waffled over an rugged, expensive cooler or saving up for a fridge/freezer but the price and 24in...
First two trailer manufacturers off the top of my head that don't use wood... IntechRV and LivinLite.

Going strictly by your description of 'ultra-capable' trailer for a family of seven, it sounds like your needs are slightly at odds. Any trailer big enough to sleep 7 won't be the greatest choice for the Rubicon, if you'll pardon the analogy.
I would say you want a trailer with a tent made for...
I've had the ThruNite TN4A and loved it for the surprising amount of output using Eneloop Pro rechargeable AAs. Chose it over the similar NiteCore EA41. Liked the one-button operation and also the feel of said recessed metallic button. Also bought one for my sister and later gave her mine when...
Maybe you're thinking of the Primus Onja that Chris Cordes is hauling around in the ExPo Excursion? He included it the ExPo 2016 Holiday Gift Guide as well.

There are some 48in wide tongue boxes out there, but aluminum always seems to be diamondplate. The biggest capacity I've seen is a ~7.25cuft DeeZee box, but it's only just over 30in wide and is taller/deeper than most to get that capacity.
Probably best to have someone make one to your specs.
Honestly, if that's your typical offroad environment, I'd say the jonesw3 trailer idea would be a good fit for you. I would put hub adapters on the axle to run the same size tires as your Jeep and air them down offroad to soften the trailer's ride then. You can always upgrade the axle later if...
I feel the military surplus trailers aren't a great choice for a JK 2-door simply based on their weight. I've dragged an M101A3 with the 37in HUMVEE run-flats around and it was great for utility use, nigh-indestructible. But it was just way too much trailer for recreational use with my FJ...
I got the 'regular' optional rubber mats when I bought my truck used, right about the time they were all being pulled for the big recall. Apparently CarMax didn't get that memo and I kept them for sure because they were much better than the alternative. But when they wear out you'll find the...
Ugh, yeah. The big Weathertech or Husky 'floorliners' are worth their weight in gold after a trip to PINS. Being able to more easily dump most of what's in the footwells is the main reason I bought the Weathertechs.
And I always feel like I should put a couple sprinklers underneath the truck...
Just FYI...
This is all just FYI as I have NO idea if any of this applies to the 6112s for your application.
I have the Bilstein 6112/Eibach 600lb coils kit on the front and Bilstein 5160/Toytec 2.0 on the rear of my FJC.
All I can say for sure is that on the FJ Forum everyone agrees that...
Hey, Zac. Nice FJC!
Some friends and I just got back from PINS, but we've been discussing putting together a Big Bend trip someday as well - http://forum.expeditionportal.com/threads/9576-Show-us-your-Toyota-4runner-tacoma-or-truck?p=2284726#post2284726
Toyota reportedly made ~2500 total of...
I set both my front perches the same, at the 4th/2in slot up from the bottom. The sheet of Bilstein instructions I received don't say anything about setting the left/right heights differently, though it does recommend not going above the 2in slot for 'optimum ride quality' -...
