I've driven (not ridden, sadly) many of the spots you showed in Costa Rica - lots of fun. I've also stayed at Tamarindo - it was beautiful (if a bit touristy). But it's hot rain or shine - does your rain gear breathe or is it pretty much a mobile sauna? All the best!
