Thanks for posting a link that worked!
(Sorry for being MIA, got the 'ronas)
Still working on detailing the interior, also some of the carpet needs to be tucked in/ finished.

Some of those awd express vans are stupid expensive, must have gold bars in the frames....... mine didn't
Listing my van. Love it, but we have an upcoming double international adoption that we need to fund (and our growing family will need bigger van soon)
2007 chevy express, 5.3l v8, factory...
Haven't noticed any wheel hop......
......but the way the leaf is bent makes me wonder!
Ant Utah jeepers headed our this weekend? I haven't been in 4lo for a week and a half and its killing me!
Jeepagon wheeled all day in 95 degree weather, not even a hint of vaporlock or heatsoak.
Bad pic but this is the analog temp gauge I added (my factory dash only has an idiot light) on a hot day after shutting off the motor you can watch the temperature rise 10-30 degrees! On a warm day I just...
Been super busy using the jeepagon 3.0 this last two months!
Just a few places it has taken us:
An abandoned mill.
A ghost town.
Long road to "nowhere".
Kiddo fell asleep on the way home from the sitters, so we went on a drive. He slept like a log even over the potholes and washboard!
Got in a bit of a fender bender;)
Tent material is installed!
Tons of ventilation for summer sleeping!

Somewhere along the way I decided to install a lightbar. Lightbars before lockers?
Still need to finish the wiring and the tent top, wire up the GMRS radio,, but its on the street and registered again!

Using my first attempt as a pattern the I ended up...
Then came the part I was really dreading: the top. The sum total of all my sewing experience was a pretty sad looking potholder in junior high home economics……what could go wrong?
I started off with some military surplus material that is rubberized, waterproof and didn’t fray when cut. My...
The front portion of the platform will be 2 sheets of aluminum hinged in the middle. Played around with some 3d printed dimple dies (the dimples added some strength, made it a bit lighter and adds ventilation to the sleeping platform
The hose clamps turned out to be necessary to keep the...
Then I started on the storage/ sleeping platform:
Used a light steel frame with some 3/8 ply to sleep on.
Skinned it with some aluminum underneath for a more finished look:
