Thanks for the kind comments. I kept track of every nut, screw, piece of wood, and bottle of glue. The build was just over $4000, until I replaced the springs and axle. Now it is $4650. Cost $75 2x4 deck wood, screws, glue $120 5000 btu air conditioner $40 undercoat paint $170 six sheets...

Broken spring, trail repair. Original axle and spring was rated for 2000 lb. Parts for permanent repair, 3500 lb axle and 2800 lb springs. (Trailer weight is 1800 lb loaded.)
