Broken spring, trail repair. Original axle and spring was rated for 2000 lb. Parts for permanent repair, 3500 lb axle and 2800 lb springs. (Trailer weight is 1800 lb loaded.)

Wow! Great job! I would love to see some more pictures of the inside sleeping area. What would you estimate the total cost of the build is?

I kept track of every nut, screw, piece of wood, and bottle of glue. The build was just over $4000, until I replaced the springs and axle. Now it is $4650.
