Broken spring, trail repair. Original axle and spring was rated for 2000 lb. Parts for permanent repair, 3500 lb axle and 2800 lb springs. (Trailer weight is 1800 lb loaded.)

Thanks for the kind comments.
I kept track of every nut, screw, piece of wood, and bottle of glue. The build was just over $4000, until I replaced the springs and axle. Now it is $4650.

The entire picture gallery is here, but there is not much more from the inside. It is small and hard to shoot with a regular camera. I need to get in there with a wide angle lens or maybe my gopro camera...
