I did bleed with the engine running up completely on jackstands.

You DO NOT need anything special to bleed the brakes. I have drive 7k miles and used the terrain response features to great success after bleeding. I used the motive power bleeder and it made bleeding a snap.

I'd seriously consider doing the orange polybush in the front LCA, just have the factory ones pressed out, no reason to risk hurting your brand new lca, I've got the polybush in mine and just did the same trip to DV and they did great, I've got almost 15k on them and a decent amount of hard use...
