Great advice and if you can spend some money, if you don't already have one and get a shrink/kryo vac machine. I have one from cabella's. It'll will give normal meats after kryoing them and putting them into the fridge up to 7 days of fridge life. I buy in bulk, do my own cutting, be it burgers...
