Heater core replacement. Max AC bypass mod. And refoaming of the entire HVAC box. Makes a huge difference. Cleaned it all out.

IDM drain and cover. These Econolines have a terrible design. No more water running over the IDM or into the engine bay from the cowl.

Powdered coated the battery trays. Oddly enough the rear house batteries can start and run the rig. The two up front were out for a few weeks. Mmmmm…

Yes you can still get the spare off with out dismounting the mini split. But having AC is worth it. It has an outdoor BBQ grill covering it when not it use and it black. Helps it blend into the rear bumper when not in use.

Microwave and head board installed. Refoamed the board and enlarged the original HVAC outlet to allow for a small microwave. Reupholstered the head board also.

12volt mini split was condensating water. So I built a little drip tray to collect and drain it out. It would collect on the metal of the high and low pressure lines. Not much. But it was annoying.

Local junkyard had 2 Leader Ambulances. Pulled the scene flood lights and polished them up. Mine are not only yellow and cracked, but the seal on them is worn. These appeared to be in almost perfect condition. Just wet sanded and polished since I am ocd about the lights.
