We got the under mattress storage and it was useful on our first trip. We filled it with extra blankets and jackets. Easy to get to if you need something from there. I'm with semi-hex...storage is at a premium. We thought better to have it than not.

Should be picking it up in early April. Shuttles are tough. When it's just the two of us I usually hide a bike at the takeout and bike back up. Makes for a long day and a really good workout sometimes.
