Did a quick search… prices are near equal for (2) Viair 400C vs the CAT10L + 2000w inverter. The difference, the inverter can be used for other electronic devices too. But the compressors can be used for tools.

At $450 for 3 (15 gal), I would buy a square or rectangle RV water tank that holds 3 times more water and 1/3rd the price.

I have seen some builds using two alternators one for the vehicle systems and a second for aux/house systems. Granted, some engine bays don’t have the room for a second, but it’s something to think about. You could also check with a local alternator shop and have them build you an alternator.
