I have the single tip out explore and it'll cool it down to the low 70s when its in the mid 90's outside. I do know that the tip out lets a lot of heat in so it could be the second tip out possibly. Have you tried a driveway test with the tip outs closed? Or even try closing the mattress bag...

I have a Smittybilt generator that I use. It's 2600 max / 2300 continuous. I did add a soft start to the A/C because the compressor wouldn't start every time. Now it works great.

I cut my factory one with a jig saw when I built my fridge slide. It works great, but I don't plan on selling. Also after @jscherb convinced me to take a cut off wheel to the hard top, its a lot easier to cut up less visible things.

I hadn't thought about the rollup windows and their zipper strips working as a drip rail. I would be more likely to attempt that instead of redoing the flanges. Thanks!

One regret that I have from doing my top was not thinking to add a drip rail. My Jeep has been through a couple of thunder storms now with the side and rear panels off and its not too bad but some water does drip inside. My finished product is pretty ugly so one day I might redo it and add drip...

Any leads on where to source just that sink? I can't find a collapsible one with a good drain/stopper that also has a good lip for dropping in a cutout like this.

Have you looked at the Intech Discover? https://www.intechrv.com/models/flyer/discover/ It would be a bit for the Jeep, but might be possible if lightly loaded for jeep trips.

It's the frontrunner rack. The only modification that I made to the rack to make it work was to add spacers between the bracket and inside of the roof to keep the height just right.

Thank you! Yeah, I really like how clean it looks. Yes, I squirted some of the 6ten epoxy into the gaps where it had pulled apart and it's holding good. It's been on for almost 3 months and only one more small section peeled back, so I'll shoot some epoxy into it before I put it back together.

Well it's done finally... kinda. I got the wrong black paint and I will eventually clean up the inside where I had to go back and add epoxy under the flanges. But I love it! Thank you @jscherb for the instructions and help along the way!

Thanks, yeah I used the smc all resin. I sill have some 6 ten epoxy and one more mixing tip so I'll give that a shot. I'll just spray some white paint on it if I end up with some visible resin. Thanks again!

Well I messed up somewhere. I guess I didn't sand enough off or clean the surface enough afterwards. Is there anything I can do to salvage it, short of breaking it off and starting over?

I have the same a/c in my 2020 Explore. It is very loud inside, but I'm not sure about ear plug loud. I feel like most of the noise comes from the blower not the compressor, so maybe fixing what ever is wrong with it would help some.
