I can't afford it right now but this would make a pretty awesome expo rig I would think

I had them on a Titan and loved the ATs great for the hi way but they re a little stiff for off road, my two cents. However i had the 10plys and I put more miles on those tires than any I've ever had something like 70-80k with regular rotating.
Thought I'd post a little update, everything is installed (temporarily, life happened) and works great. The pics don't really show but it's a really nice piece of hardware and super easy to tune. I had to hard wire it in to my factory harness but that's because the previous owner left me a rats...
I can't get this cause I'm not in ok right now but thought someone here might be interested in ithttp://oklahomacity.craigslist.org/rvs/3019130182.html
It's not really a kit you can buy directly from their website Two parts I saw somewhere on a dodge forum where a guy used this on his first gen with good results, I called dakota digital yesterday and verified it would work with the dodge speedo

Universal Speedometer Signal Interface...
I'm still debating on buying one for 89$ from PATC or the universal pickup and speedo signal box from Dakota digital for 119$ the thing with the Dakota digital setup is its programmable for different size tires and gears....what to do....
That's what I was afraid of... I found a site that sells the ratio adapter I'll have to get that ordered tomorrow. I'll post some more pics as the progress goes along thanks for the pics it's been impossible trying to track this stuff down when you don't know what your looking for
I really appreciate the help it's more than anyone's offered on other forums... The problem I'm running into with the speedo is the vss was missing all together and I can't seem to find the connectors either. And the tps has already been disconnected and wired to a switch on the dash for the od...
Well thought I'd post a few pics and introduce my new truck. It's a 92 le cummins 4x4, picked it up in Mass last week for a daily driver/ father son/ expo truck project. Before this I had an 89 wrangler with a mercedes diesel that worked great but didn't have the room I was looking for extended...
Selling my wrangler with a Mercedes diesel engine conversion

Looking for a diesel truck or will sell outright for 5200.
I didn't make the adapter but if your going to buy a kit I would check out www.mercedesdiesel4x4.com . I think that's it if not do a search for Koch enterprises.
I didn't build it but it is a custom adapter, the flywheel was re drilled and it retains the jeep clutch and may be the starter I'll have to check on that. Power is great actually besides a little turbo lag but when it's spooled up its very similar to my buddies TJ with a 4.0 auto
Thanks, it's got a few issues to work out yet, but I've always wanted a diesel jeep and it doesn't hurt I'm gettin about 30 mpg on the highway :) I really like the availability of parts for the merc motor and the guy I got it from did a pretty good job with the instal.
Thought I'd post this up here I just picked up this merc diesel powered YJ. It has a AX 15, 411 gears, 33's and a 4 in lift. Future mods will include a safari rack and basket, power steering, lockable storage and a family style roll cage and I'm sure quite a few other things when I get to it...
