Hardly! Thanks for the compliment--imo, your '99 is a lot closer to that mark. I'm constantly struggling with the compulsion to embark on the slippery slope of further modification.

Just a clean, relatively low mileage '97 SD with OME 2" and 245/75 BFG's.

Used my Mt. Shasta this weekend I know it's all been said, but the tent was great! No issues in high sustained winds coming off the lake Monday evening. Definitely a conversation piece and I too talked to at least one fellow that appears to be serious about getting one.

For reference, I ordered last Monday and my tent is due tomorrow at the UPS Freight terminal in Richmond, VA. Jay

That's interesting--I would have guessed a far lower percentage based on my search for one in '06. Ended up driving 2 1/2 hours to get my '07 2500 w/ the 5.9 and 6 speed. Must be a regional thing.

I will be taking advantage of this group buy as well, but have not made my final decision between the Mt. Bachelor or the Mt. Shasta. Anyone have any feedback on the loss of ventilation with the extra overhang (obscuring the mesh door/window on that facet) of the Shasta? Probably not a real...
