Thanks for checking it out! You got it. The seat bottom removal will create a ton of space. You will probably still have to slide the seat foreward though but there should be plenty of room! I don't know how much I could save at this point unless you had a full aluminum structure created...

I've built a couple storage solutions now (the OG Dirt Duster, my 80-Series, the Tundra, and I had one being built for the 4th Gen) and this is definitely a cumulation of what I've learnt. I am 6'6" tall so sleeping in the 3rd gen 4Runner is not an easy task. Plus with a new baby (3 month old)...

I've seen a few people on IG running a 35x11.5R17 Nitto Ridge Grappler. I don't think its out yet but I would expect it to be fairly soon. Great size for Toyotas who wanna run 35's.
