We are working with AMEX for our deposit, they are opening a case, so might be worth a try. Also file with the Federal Trade commission.

Not all of us have a “I want it now” mentality. We wanted a solid product that we were willing to wait for, that product was sold to us by Jeff and Mike. Apparently, two very good salesmen....Also, at the time we researched the company, all the people who had received their product had nothing...

Cowards hiding behind their own shortcomings as business people...IMO...which I’m free to have, here, in an open forum setting ?

I hope you all know, per Mike, this forum is the reason he is going bankrupt! Way to go guys ??

No *real plan to repay, and he did provide a financial breakdown of assets but that’s it.

It’s too long to post, but basically he is going to keep trying to get funding. However his financial team has advised liquidation or bankruptcy

Well, looks like we have our answer per the email that was just sent.

We also sent an email yesterday, if we get a response we will update. Not holding our breath. Also posted this link on all his social media sites to inform other customers of the truth about what is actually going on...

msujay2012 thank you for sharing that email. Oddly enough we did not receive that one. Sad to see no updates...

Also, would appear Mike is inaccurate stating only one person has requested a refund, when it appears at least two people on this thread alone are waiting for money back.

We didn’t get an update on the 25th. Last one we received was 9/11 which was the customer wide one. This is so beyond disappointing.

I’m currently showing no filings for BK, my company has access to look for those filings. No liens/judgments either. However I feel Mike is back to his old ways of not just being transparent and honest with the people who have made his company what it is...AKA paying customers

Have any other buyers heard anything? Looks like we all got an email about refunds and told we would receive an update mid September, it’s now mid October...
