Anyone familiar with this archeological site?

I couldn't find anything on it while doing some extensive online searches. A friend mentioned it might be a primitive federal survey station from 2-3 hundred years ago. Attached are a few photos if anyone recognizes the architecture. The photos were taken somewhere around Sedona… I hesitate to...

FS: Go Pro Hero 3 Silver addition

Never been used. $500 worth of gear for $300. I have an older friend who got all this for Christmas. He messed with it for a day but got extremely frustrated and was pissed he had to download a manual and install software to make it work and said "This is for someone more gifted than I." I...

Abandoning the RTT for a ground tent...

My Sierra Designs is an older, 4-season tent but what I loved about it is that the 4-season part of it was optional. An extra pole can be taken along with the set-up to give it more support and the fly doesn't have to be put on. Voila, 3-season, very well ventilated tent. The extra pole and...

    French dudes

This evening around Scottsdale Road and Cactus, I saw either an old G-Wagon or D-110 turning north from an eastbound side street. Looked like French flags on the driver side door driver/co-pilot style with names. RTT, and I'm sure some other details, but I couldn't get past the yellow snorkel...

The '40 is the rig of choice for Expeditioneers. But all we could find were these damn Cruisers.

Expeditioneers, Overland Journal, Nation of Go Tour

And before any comments start about the unfortunate blasting through water incident that was spliced into this bit of film, it was an unnatural water basin, the extremely wide road is re-plowed every week (so it seems) and all we were trying to do is give some water back to those poor, tired...

    KM2s

Hey guys, sorry I've been MIA. Some things changed with tire size and availability so I had to confirm what I could get. If I haven't answered your PMs, I'll get to them if anymore sets come available, but as it stands, the one's I have are now spoken for. I appreciate all your responses and...

Point well taken IZZY. I should have read the rules a bit closer and cleared it with an admin before making my post.

    KM2s

Thanks nwoods but not quite:) Don't want to make a liar out of you. I posted on two other forums to get rid of them quickly. You guys just happen to be a favorite people of mine. I'd be on here more often, but I keep running into you all at trail runs and events anyway!

    KM2s

Not for profit. The price I quoted is WAYYYY too low to profit. One time deal. We don't sell tires in our store. Posting here because I'd rather give the deal to forum members than some reseller on Craigslist. It's a tragedy that my post count is below 50. I would be more than happy to give...

    Look at these idiots.

Oh, I'm far from tidy, but I can't imagine that guy leaving no trace on the trail. Did not mean to offend the unkept. I'm the token comic relief and mood lightener. It says so in my sig.:) ————— - token comic relief & mood lightener -

    Look at these idiots.

Before you ask, the answer is no. The world cannot do without them. This guy, however, feel free to boot off the face of the earth.

Splashing through puddles and driving in mud???

Excellent advice. We didn't have any debris in critical engine bay components so it sounds like we hit the obstacles just right (did have to spray the belts a bit though.) No one lost a plate or plastic trim either!

Splashing through puddles and driving in mud???

Thanks for the information folks. I was with Lance the other weekend and trail abuse was on all our minds while traveling the road. The approach to San Cristobal wash was tense due to the visible rising of water on the road and deepening mud. I myself was concerned about stopping for an extended...
