    Black Series fire hazard

Since its just a 120v system, if only one side is hot, only half the breakers would have power. Bridging the 2 pole 30 lets you have 120v on both legs of the breaker box. They do make buss bars to bridge the gap and the example shown in 1 doesn't look too bad. Photo 3 is on another level of...

    Black Series fire hazard

The second, and more so the third photo just made me cringe. The jumper on the main breaker that has the line literally wrapped around it astounds me! That photo alone genuinely has me angered right now.

Unless I'm mistaken, all the 2020 models still had the Optima blue top batteries installed which are agm batteries. Their biggest one is listed at 75ah and since they're agm, only half of that is usable. So at most, 75ah between the two of them. The newer models are using lithium from VPR.

While I don't have an Explore, the answer is still the same. The simple answer is yes, you can do a 1 for 1 swap and everything still work just fine. However, you won't be fully charging your battery. A lithium charges at a higher voltage than a lead acid/agm. So your current charger in its...

    TetonX Hybrid

While it doesn't answer your question, I'll chime in with my opinion. From 06 until recently, I've lived in 2 different fifth wheels. Both, at some point, have had a water leak. Be it from the roof or interior plumbing issues. At some point, every trailer will have a water leak of some sort. It...

Stealth Nomad Trailers - Any Experiences or Thoughts?

As far as a toy hauler with a lot of features, they look solid enough with plenty of room. From an off road point of view, I don't see it getting out and about without dragging the rear. Thats just my two pennies after a quick look. I always like seeing new stuff though so I will look some more...

The hitch lock is for the trailer, not the bike. It goes inside the hitch where the ball would be when hooked to your truck. Its to prevent theft of the trailer. The ac does not come stock with a soft start. Also be prepared that since it isn't a ducted ac, it will be loud inside when its on...

A generator is needed for anything using a/c. So the air conditioner or any outlets since there isn't an inverter from the factory. That is if you are off grid. If you're in an rv park, you can plug in the shore cable. Unless your bike is short to where you can lower the bed on top of it and...

Black Series HQ Tips, Tricks, and Learning.....

Excellent work friend. Your wife did an amazing job on the spare tire covers. Very creative indeed. I also love the refrigerator panels. Definitely a good looking mod that will outlast the factory panels. Plus, I think it matches the interior well. When I was looking at the BS trailers, I...

The new X-22 video is out! Still unsure which I prefer, but the addition of more overhead and under bed storage is great.

I for sure appreciate your answers. I'm a full timer and looking to downsize to something small that I can take off road/off grid on my off time in-between projects. I know its small for a full timer, but its what I want. That and having an amazing insulation since I work all over the US. I plan...

I can't say thank you enough for finding all of this out. I did a little digging on the water heater and am impressed at how little gas they use. Overall, I'm sold on getting one. Its now down to the xr or new x model. I like the placement of the electrical in the new model, but I also like...

I appreciate that. ROA responded to me about the stabilizers. They said they aren't very user friendly, but they are there.

I appreciate the feedback. In the ROA video, there is some kind of jack looking things present, both front and back. I can't quite see what's going on with them. They look like a simple drop down something. Like raise trailer, drop legs and then lower the trailer. No one has shown them in a...

As an owner, I'm hoping you can answer a few questions if you don't mind. I don't have anywhere close to see these in person, so I'm trying to gather as much information as possible before I go see one in person. 1: From video/photos, it looks like there are some stabilizing jacks underneath...

Interesting. I was going off of photos and videos. One was 6' with shoes and was like a half inch from it. I figured me without shoes would hit it. I'm hoping to get eyes on one this coming year. I'm working in FL for a while so no dealers around here.

Congrats! I really want one and can deal/modify most things. I just can't handle my head hitting the shower fan/ceiling since I'm 6'2". I hope at some point they open up to taking custom orders so I could get one slightly taller.

Hooroo Trailers - Joey and Boomer

Not bad looking trailers. Just watched the video on the Joey. Everything looks solidly constructed. And at $17,200 I don't think that's a bad deal.

I too have been looking at the new model vs the toy hauler. Its between this and a BS HQ19. The new model moves all the electrical inside under the bed. They now use 2 100ah lithium batteries! Major upgrade from the 2 Optima setup. Best I can tell though they still use the same solar panels...
