Hey everyone. Been lurking here a while, spend a lot of time on a D90 specific forum and recognize a lot of the same names on here. Love the different rigs and set-ups on here. Here is my 90 loaded up for a 4 day adventure on the NV/AZ border.

I knew I wasn't crazy... Jonathan, Tuffy recently quit carrying those straps due to logistics issues. I believe you can still get them from a company called SteelCore. Thanks, Jeff Fox I haven't looked up the company yet, but I will in the next few days.

I am also not seeing them :mad:. I know they were there about a month or so ago. I am going to send them and email and see what I can come up with because I did want to grab a few of them.

I never feel good leaving my soft top D90 for extended periods of time when it is loaded, but so far I have been lucky. I too have a Pacsafe, and tuffy makes ratchet straps that lock and have cable running through them that I have been looking at. It was already said, but if someone wants...

Awesome deal, and an awesome job restoring it. Looks like new. I know a guy who threw out two dutch ovens that belonged to his grandmother because he said they were rusty. After I explained how easy it was to restore them he was kicking himself. I too wanted to kick him :).

Awesome trip! I too usually travel with just my girlfriend and myself. My pull-pal has come in very handy numerous times! Once I get the time I look forward to heading out that way.
