Looking for a project series 109 4 door in Alaska

There is a clean red one for sale on arctic near Tudor. If I remember right it was close to 10k, but in great shape and a daily driver. I might know of one or two basket cases in Fairbanks.

Look who followed me home! Sneaky little RRC

Couple things to check. The fuel pump should only cycle for a second when you turn the key on. From there it won't turn on fully until it gets a signal from the ECM that there is spark. That comes from a pulse signal off the coil. (Black wire/white stripe). There is also an inertia switch under...

Johndog, Last summer I bought an 87 RRC from a guy who took a sawlzall to the roof and ruined it. I have been planning on building a UTE from it (a lot like yours). Did you build yours yourself? I'd live to know what you used for a "C" piller and back glass. Is there a chance you could email...

Ok that may have been a useless attempt! If you look at the images with a smart phone, you can zoom right up to what you are looking for. I'm a bit stunned that they were able to fit 3-1/2 pages of text onto 2pages of schematics! But that's all that's in this book, and it must be at least 3"...

I will try to post up pictures taken with my phone. It might be better if I fax them to you, or I can scan and email them Monday. The drawings are very poor, so I hope you can get what you need from them.

I still have my 1988 workshop manual. Ill take at what's in there, and let you know. I have found that rover was terrible with changing their wire colors every year! My brother just last week swapped a rear side door on his 94 lwb, with one form a 93. All the window motor wires were wrong.

It's been a while since I used them, and I thought they were a pricey, but I wonder if alaska spring can hook you up? At least you wouldn't be gouged in shipping costs!
