Additional Chevy saddle tanks on Suburban?

Well that's a bummer. I am looking for a "budget" auxiliary tank option and there is quit a bit of room between the rockers and the frame. Those saddle tanks would have been perfect.

Additional Chevy saddle tanks on Suburban?

So the floor on burb being flat precludes the 25 gallon tanks from fitting?

    1984 w123 mercedes benz 300d expedition vehicle

I have a similar plan in the works for a '79. How did get 3" of lift? I don't want to loose the ride so I was Just planning to run some mild spacers. I am very interested in not only a rear 2" receiver but one for the front as well. I was also toying with the idea of swapping in an independent...

    RX300

I have been driving a front wheel drive version around for the past 6 months and it is very practical. The fuel mileage is much better then an AWD version but the transmission tends to lurch a bit from a start. The high center of gravity rocks it off its front tires and the inside tire starts...

water storage on a jeep wrangler

I disagree as well. I can't think of any time I have been even close to getting a rock close to the fenders there. If I did then the rock would be it my lap next. Hopefully I would realize long before it got to that point that I picked the wrong line. Is it impossible? No. Worth the slight...

New Jeep Concept Vehicles at Easter Jeep Safari

Okay now i'm just starting to get pissed. They throw two more concepts in my face that I would put down payments on today if they would just simply produce them. Screw you jeep. Stop jerkin me around. Why do they bother teasing us with this crap when they don't even bother to put a diesel in the...

Anyone familiar with Crewbeds for Wranglers?

Ghetto was what came to my mind as well. That thing would handle worse then a donk. That much weight behind the rear axle with such a short wheelbase is just asking for an accident.

Barn doors or sliding door on Van. Pro/Cons

I have never had a slider so I can't say much about that but I have slept in my van more times then I can count and the only time my swinging doors have caused a problem was when I tried to help a friend with a tent during an intense wind storm. As soon as I pulled on the latch the wind ripped...
