Death Valley/Panamint Springs

LOL, my last time I camped at Panamint, I was with my daughter who was 7 at the time, and she asked, "Daddy, when are we going to go Real camping?" To her, if it wasn't in the mountains with trees all around, it just wasn't camping :)

I good case study for the use of airbags, lower them down while camped for easier entry/exit. Juice them back up (you do have onboard air or a compressor, right?) once ready to break camp and head out.

these are pics from our backcountry adventure. it's the closest i could find to camping. wish i had one with the awning.

Porcupine Mountains - Family trip

Here are a couple pics of our family trip to the Porcupine Mountains...

There are a few of just our stuff on the JEEP or near it, a couple with the Canoe on top, and then one of the road to the copper mine (Adventure Mine, I would recommend to anyone heading to the UP), then one of a Willy's JEEP both my son and I had to check out... that the mine owner had in the garage :)
