How has the fuel consumption been with the canisters? If you were going on a two week trip how many canisters do you think you would need? Approx, understanding everyone is different. Me I would cook 1-2 meals a day with it and a cup a tea or two every day. John

Does anyone have much experience with the Baja Burner? I want to pull the trigger on one but want to hear some good reviews first as well see some pics of it folded down. Space saving is my main purpose for purchasing and I would like to see how well it packs away.

I kayak and have a roof rack. But you could still get plenty of wood in and on top of the luggage rack with the straps you have. I use them on my rack and I am amazed by what I can get under them. Most of my trips are FAR from home and tools trump wood everytime. I always find room for firewood...

Yes I would say it is incredibly bright, however i'm not the best judge because I just don't camp around lanterns that often.

I have hauled this lantern around for a year and used it once for about 10 minutes. I'm just a headlamp and fire guy. Like new condition. Everything works as it should. 2 extra packs of mantles included as well. $50 shipped
