Since the factory hinge pieces break so easy I have started making them out of Delrin,this is my first on that’s not quite yet finished in the pic but I’ve installed and it works great,gonna make the rest this way so I don’t have any more breaks

Here’s a few days later after getting it all back together.I found another hardtop that needed a back windo for $300.I swapped my window in and it looked like it never happened!

Actually rolled the Jeep on its side a couple of weeks ago and the rear bar saved me from crushing the whole side in, the roll stopped once the window busted ,top caved in and rested on the extra bar that was installed with the rack base ,strong stuff and nothing was bent when I installed the...

Well I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a RhinoRack Batwing,had it the next day from Amazon and 8nstalled today,top notch ,mounted it the my mixture of KargoMaster LoPro base with modified Garvin basket, deploys and stows easy with good coverage .We will see how she holds up
