If you mean the windows in all 4 of the doors, yes, they go all the way down. The back glass(of the cab) has a small sliding glass section just in the middle. My dog rides in the bed of the truck and sticks his head in through that window to the cab.
Some of the tundras have the entire back window that goes down, which is pretty sweet too.
