Okay, nice cool day, and out came the cutoff wheel, grinder, sawzall, and file. End result, 99% resolved the issue of rubbing!! Thanks Cole for your post/pics, as I did basically the same cut on the rear arch, but also went ahead and cut into the rocker whilst I was at it. Cut the odd tab to the front, trimmed the plastic air dam, etc. I have one little spot- a flat spot that comes in contact if turning just the right amount, and hit a severe depression at the right moment. Luckily it is a flat spot, so not too concerned. However, when I have the wheels off for rotation I will give it a little 'tap' as well.
Then it was off to the body shop for a little seam sealer and touch up- nice being in a small town sometimes. They dropped what they were doing to take care of it without even being asked!!

Next phase is to sort some wiring issues where the PO removed the Sat antennae and cut a bunch of wires. Address the poor reception of the radio, add some driving lights- maybe an Aluminess light bar with front hitch mount for a cradle winch for recovery...
Otherwise in the short rows so to speak, and about time to get some jaunts underway.

Here are a few pics, though not the best- but you get the jest. I did notice when taking these, a bit more can be removed from the underneath of the plastic in front, though it won't improve anything.
