060s skamper jacks

I purchased a 93 060s skamper. Can I leave the leg/jacks on it when I travel? How do you store these jacks? there looks like there are hooks that they can swing up into, but not sure how that works.

Some jacks can be swung up and stowed I think. The ones that came with mine do not.

Thanks, mine seem to be more bulky but I still need to play with it. I would rather have them attached and electronic, but that is a bigger job than I have the money for.
