10 day, 135 mile trek down the Salmon River, Idaho

Most of my adventures involve one of my 4wd vehicles, but I still try at least every other year to get out and take in a exploring adventure in the old canoe mode. This time it was down the Salmon River through more rapids than I think most canoe owners would take on. Here are some pics of us on Black Creek Rapids, a Class 3-4 rapid which was just formed a few years ago. Needless to say we were rather wet that day!
