100 Series Land Cruiser or LX470 owners, if you are considering scheel-mann seats we've got you covered. We have the SRS airbag light covered and we now have a plug-in harness to keep your OEM seat heater switches working as you'd hope. Its now a total bolt-in affair and everything will keep working the way you'd hope it would. No airbag light (if you have side airbags) and no extra switches to mount...UNLESS you are going Klima, those still need switchs for the cooling function. But we do have an idea in mind.

We don't always get feedback on installs so its great when we get pics and some background into. In fact on this install we were able to improve our harness design but that a different post. For now:

After the wiring and mounting were complete, the new scheel-mann seat was carefully installed and bolted into the car. The final images show the new seat in place, looking both stylish and functional.

Thanks to the input from our very first 100 Series Land Cruiser installation, we were able to remedy the last piece of the seat heater puzzle. On all 100 Series and LX470s they came stock in the US with seat heaters. We were able to track down all of the connectors from Japan to build up the harnesses to KEEP your seat heater switches working, KEEP your seat belt warning, and KEEP your airbag light OFF when you upgrade to scheel-mann Vario seats.
