Hi chaps,
Picked up my new rig today.
It's a 1990 V8 3.5 110 High Capacity Pickup
Serviced 17 years for the City of Hasselt and always slept inside.
Exept from the clutch it's in mint condition.

The truck will be the base for my new offroad project.
Inspiration comes from the Australian traybacks.

Will keep you updated over here as well

That's in great condition! I just noticed the rear glass on the back of the cab. Do all of the cabs have the wrap around glass like that?

Great looking Hi-Cap! Wouldn't mind having one in my garage as well.

The glass doesn't wrap around, it's actually three sections; the center one is two panes that are a sliding unit and the two rear corners wrap around.
Here's a pic.

Looks like a great rig, congrats:26_7_2:

Give us some peek-a-boos on the Australian Traybacks and what direction you are planning on taking it. Loving the orange, even better than the G4 shade!!!

well guys ,you have access to stuff that we can't get our hands on ;)

the idea raised already 1 decade ago or so.
and in '95 I backpacked around Ozz for nearly a year, getting confronted with all these traybacks.

It always stayed in the back of my head and Simon Buck of Devon4x4(the offroad guru in europe and multiple winner of the Malasian Throphy and Outback Challenge) builded himself one,but in extreme version.

Mine will be still streetlegal(which is not always easy over here)

Color will be most likely Lybian sand.

here some pics of SB's rigg.
