Take this photo for instance. Look how the light crests over the top of the tree in the forground and falls off into the pond where the skies reflection takes over and pulls your eye up the left side of the image into the rocks, then to the tree, and onto the building. It took me a while to figure out what I was seeing but I think that's it. Your eye just wants to flow through the image so naturally. His other images are very similar in this way. It's masterful. What talent it must take to see this in the natural environment.
