Hey can anyone help me with a wiring diagram.

I have 4 230 watt panels on the roof ready to go just bought the viltron multiples 12v 3000 and the viltron 150/70 tr MPPT
i will be getting a honda 2kw generator to run AC unit. I have run most of the 12v wiring through the truck to all the accessories
than back to a fuse block but now finding it hard to get my head around the rest of the wiring!!
I think i need relays for the switched accessories right?

Does anyone have a wiring diagram using the above components at all or something similar?

Its doing my head in please help

Thats a pretty decent sized system, I'd be getting a professional to look at the design and correctly size the cables and protection devices such as fuses and CBs. I'd also look into a Victron BMV to monitor the battery.

The vehicle is Mitsubishi Fighter pan tech

i forgot to mention i have 4 6v 225 amph batteries hooked up as 12v

Yeah the plan was to get it as far as i can then get a professional to come and finish it off. Can anyone recommend someone on the Gold Coast?

I've found outback marine near harbour town pretty good to deal with. Obviously they specialise in boats but they do a lot of Victron kit.

Very nice rig!!

I have built something similar, but have yet to install it in a vehicle. 4 6v 200ah batteries series / parallel for 12v 45amp charge controller, and accessory circuits. It should do quite well for you for most applications. I used a Morningstar 45amp mppt charge controller, in retrospect the 60 would have been better. It will do you well. Drop me a line if you like and I can send you a few pictures of the setup and describe how it is wired.

I can't help on the Vitron system but it sounds like you have a source.
