Cool. Former police unit for sure. I guess they don't f-around in Chicago. Those are some heavy duty bull bars. You can tell it's a cop car obviously because of the side lamps, but less obviously because of the mounting holes all over the dash. Pretty cool.

Most likely former Border Patrol truck or just got the bumpers added after it was sold off.
