19 or 20 RX 450H for mid weight towing?

Looking at the 6 cylinder hybrid. Would also consider the Highlander hybrid, but there are a couple options my wife would like that are only on the Lexus.
Will be towing between 2500-3000lbs with 350 on the tongue (Taxa Cricket). Occasional
Forest service roads will be the roughest and occasional snow and ice in the mountains (western NC).
Thoughts or suggestions?

Just my opinion, you are maxing this rig out with that load. On flat ground with trips that are not very far you will be fine. Any hills and it is going to struggle. I had a RX330 and I currently still have two GX's.

2021 spec but one should ask why
