The ultimate adventure camper for deep backcountry camping/hunting adventures.
This is a 1961 Unimog 404 having that just finished with a restoration, it is reliable and ready for your next adventure. This Unimog has a new correct motor, rebuilt transmission, rebuilt axles, new suspension, new tires, rebuilt brakes, rebuilt radio box, and new 3M Battleship Grey wrap with Black trim. This truck showed no major rust and was treated and sanded down properly before wrap was applied to make sure it will not rust in the future. Any spots that showed surface rust was treated by sanding them down, treat with rust killer, then bed liner was applied over the spots. Most all receipts available totally almost $10,000. What really makes this truck unique is the rear radio box, this rare box was imported from Germany at a cost of $10,000 and it is the best one we have ever seen. Most of these boxes are unsalvageable because they rust so easily, but this one is in amazing shape and virtually has no rust. The Top has all been cleaned, surface rust treated, and new painted interior panels that makes it look new. It is ready for a wood burning stove and has a secondary battery box to power all your gear. Over $35,000 invested, don't let this one get away!!

Asking $25,000

Just curious what cruising speed would be in this beast...How would it perform up mountain passes? Looks great

Top speed is about 50mph. You can buy a set of fast axles for about $2,800 that bring your top speed to about 65-70mph.

Should perform great on the passes. Let me know if I can get you anything else.
