All,
I recently purchased this truck on a whim to fix up as another desert bashing bush truck like my 88. I bought it for 9000 dollars and drove it home from nebraska to california. I realized that I dont really know why I got it.

I would like to sell it sort of but mostly see if I can trade it for something else.
IT:
1963
3 door
diesel
overdrive
pangolin slider
pangolin winch bumper
warn 8274
safari hard top
tailgate/side swing rear hatch combo
solid frame
headed windscreens (not connected)
98% bulkhead with some small holes in passenger foot well, maybe dime size x 2 or three. In the flat steel of the foot well, not the side of the bulkhead
wide offset rims
worn tires
warn hubs
has rear special tank for use with PTO shaft, not in stalled but boiled, cleaned, painted with new sending unit ready to install
very original
smokes some, probably time for valve guides
rebuilt injection pump & injectors
smiths round heater
dual wiper motors (both working good)
new fuel pump
broken exhaust manifold (have replacement)
new main fuel tank

Things I might trade for:
late 40s or early 50s dodge power wagon
dodge pick up with cummins diesel and manual transmission
some other land rover maybe
toyota fj60
toyota truck of some kind
old dodge car or chysler car from late 40s or early 50s
old cadillac (54 or 65 are the years I like)
old american station wagon
old touring car
datsun 510 (and money haha!)
mercedes diesel sedan or wagon
vintage travel trailer (maybe)

Some other thing that I like that I didnt think of and you have.

I think I have to put a price in to be legit: 9500.00

Can take more pictures, probably you should look at it first.

Donny- How you doing man? Heard you got it here- need some pics!!

Linus- Need any Rover parts/project like a 130? I've got a little guy that could use the 109 in a few years... big, slow, built like a tank, slow...

sure

I need more land rovers about as much as you do I think. Too bad we arent closer. I probably cant register a 130 in california. What year is it?
or since its in parts... what years are it?

:)

It has a '97 NAS90 bulkhead and identification, so if you kept a Rover V8, even from a Disco, and OBD-II, you would be golden for Ca emissions, no?
