Hi,
I have a 1964 Alaskan camper (non cabover) for sale. I purchased this camper a little over a year ago with the intention of doing a project with a buddy. We spent a lot of time (and money :Wow1
working mostly on the interior. It’s not complete, but the big chunk of work is done. Here is a list of some of the things that have been taken care of so far:
-New counter tops/cabinets
-Stainless sink with new two way faucet (spendy one)
-New water tank/plumbing
-New cushions
-new paneling that accents original wood paneling
-New lights
-Added foam core insulation on bottom half
-Carbon monoxide detector
-Hinged storage compartment
-New butyl tape everywhere on exterior. Camper does not leak.
-All rot has been addressed
-New Reico Titan jacks (2,000 lb) same as installed at factory (cost over $700)
There is still things that need to be addressed here and there but it’s a very solid camper and a blast to spend time in. I will be completely up front about any issues that remain. I have receipts that I can also include that will show the amount of money I dumped into this camper. Trust me you can have them as it depressed me to look at them.
Asking $2,000 with jacks and $1,500 without. I can provide pictures via email. Please PM me for email address.
