Here is the camper I picked up for $500 last fall. Needed a ton of work, but I got it all finished out for about $600. Still needs some finishing touches, but it came out pretty nice.

Ripping out one of the fender sides. Both sides needed replacing. Previous owners would just scab a new board on everytime the previous started to rot. There were 4!!! Layers of 3/4" plywood on the fenders and floor

I ended up having to replace nearly all the framing up to about 2 feet from the roof due to rotted wood. It was in a lot worse shape than I had anticipated
