Basically, what is going on right now is a big mess! Plumbing has started, with the vast majority of the supplies coming from goodridge. Cu/ni was chosen for the brake lines, every system in the scout will be brand new.

Seats were recovered with NOS fabric


Plumbing hose chosen for its suitability for application


Cool bulkhead fitting for ac and heater lines to pass through firewall


Big mess of new parts waiting to be installed!

The mess is slowly getting sorted out. New parts and nos everywhere...from the clips that hold on the defroster duct to windshield wiper motor, everything is new or rebuilt.

Ac unit in place, I still need to build a kick panel for the hoses

Also, where did you get those bulkhead fittings for the heat and AC? And how thick of a bulkhead will they work with?
