VW Iltis, 4x4 Quatro drive train, 1.7 liter gas motor (75 h.p), front and rear cable locking diffs (front not engaging). Recent mild restoration with lots of new parts; rebuilt trunions, new carb, Michelin ZXL, fuel pump and more. Speedometer was replaced when restored with 26,000 kilometers on the clock, have put on around 800 kilometers since rebuild. I have all original parts such as top, doors and seats that would need to be restored. Rare vehicle, fun to drive, must make room for next project. Asking $7500

"You're killin me Smalls"... I love a nice Iltis. It is on my short list of vehicles to own. I love this one. Oh to be independently wealthy. Good luck on the sale.

you mentioned the front diff locker is not engaging. was the front diff locker installed. stock iltis configuration has a rear locker and open front diff, but it does have an engagement lock to lock the front diff to the rear through the transmission.

nice looking iltis, I have one and love it. good luck with the sale.

Hey Rez,
You were the one that helped me get those frozen trunion bolts off, thanks again! When I purchased the Iltis the guy told me that it had not been engaging, it does have the the handle and linkage that goes to the front diff, I just have not had the time to investigate.
