Well it's most likely never going to be an expedition rig, but I thought I would post it here for the Unimog enthusiasts.

1983 Unimog U1500 it's a 425 model with the 10 lug big axles. OM352a Turbo 6 liter putting down 160hp. Being an AG model it does have the 24 speed transmission with highway gears, working gears and crawling gears. 3 way tipper bed. 2 PTO's one front and one rear. 3 point hitch on the rear with all the goodies to attach anything you want. 4 channel hydraulics. Michelin XM-47 tires, the big ones... 425 70 R20's. This Unimog was restored at Schussler in Germany in 2000. Full frame rest along with a full repaint of the cab in AG colors. Everything works as it should. I have the Unimog titled as a PU truck, clean and clear title in my name. This is not your average rusty SBU Unimog, I was invited to show the truck at an indoor car show where it was the main attraction.
