Reason for selling is, my health is not allowing me to complete this project. I was building it as a very reliable and capable rigs, for overland traveling. It was a hard decision to come to grips that age and health are not what they used to be.

6.2L V8 Diesel – 15K miles
TH400 3 speed auto
NP208C transfer case
D60 front, 14 bolt rear axles with 4.56 gears, Detroit locker in rear
Power steering and power brakes

MODS: (all mods have less than 600 miles on)

Gear Vendors Overdrive (can cruise at 65mph and top out about 80mph, allows splitting gears)
Bilstein 5165 remote reservoir shocks
Full set, custom made Speedhut gauges, GPS speedo, warning lights, graphics/lighting to mimic HMMWV look
Toyo Open Country M/T 255/85-16 (33”) on Ford aluminum 16x7 wheels (spare tire on factory steel wheel)
Box is gutted and an 8” roof raise was done (standing height now 6’1”)
Back wall build with 54” Tern Overland Wildlands door (have artic cover for it)
SOLID brand cast iron diff cover with lube locker gaskets
Jeep Wranger seats
Dual 180A 12v alternators with the “Plan B” wiring (eliminating the DUVAC system) with gear reduction 24v starter
ORD Steering brace
Fluidampr harmonic balancer
Re-cored factor radiator with biggest core available
HMMWV coolant crossover (for extra ports)
Paradox by Design cooling kit (helps balance front to back engine temps)
Upgraded headlight power harness with Ecode H4 headlights
Hella Rallye 4000 offroad light (not wired)
Backup camera and dash cam
LED roof lights on box
New glow plugs

EXTRAS:

Custom made, dual pane slider window to replace A/C box
Little Giant steps (plus still have factory rear steps)
Speedhut tach for gas engine and trans temp gauge (done in same graphics/lighting)
12v gear reduction starter (was going to convert to 12 starting system)
Pass side inner fender (to replace due to rust from battery area)
Front mount battery tray (to replace rusted one)
Other stuff that I might run across

CONS:

Need to finish sealing up roof raise (doesn’t leak but not ready for driving in the rain)
Transfer case slow drip from case halves (needs to be resealed)
Need to reseal boot between cab and box (I was going to pull the box off for paint)

EXTRA: (if you want to purchase extra)
Gen 6, 454 Big Block Chevy (roller cam, one piece rear main) and serpentine belt brackets, I was going to swap into the rig ($1000)

Hope and pray your health resolves for the better or at least stabilizes. That's more important than anything right now.

Let me add, the internal size of the box is 106" long, 75" wide and 73" tall. Here are some example layouts I had come up with.
