Figured I'd post here too. Getting rid of my '87 Cherokee I keep at a buddies cabin in the mountains. Just doesn't get used much anymore. Any interesting trades out there. She isn't pretty but fun to mess around with. While I take it between Arnold and the SF Bay Area every now and then, wouldn't recommend for daily driver or long drives. It is reliable though!

I think it's time to get rid of my 1987 Cherokee as it just doesn't get used much anymore. Currently located in Arnold, but will bring down for the right trade.
What do you have that I may want? I've been wanting to build up an expedition type trailer. Tear drop style? Military type trailer? A quad? Could use a bunch of off-road lighting for other vehicles - do you have an excess of LED light bars?
Or if you just want to buy it, what will you give me?
I'm in no hurry to get rid of it, so will see if any offers are interesting.
The good:
- Strong runner. Starts every time. Passes smog every time.
- No leaks
- Dana 44 rear
- Swing away tire carrier
- Around a 3" lift (I've installed new rear springs, lower front control arms, track bar)
- Front tires in great condition (Maybe have a couple thousand miles on them). Rear tires are in fair condition.
- Patriotic colors (red white blue). Well, the white is more of a beige ...
- Winch has never been used. Testament to 4-wheeling capability of the vehicle.
The bad:
- Electrical gremlins affecting dash area (stereo, dash blinker lights). Never effect operation though.
- Won't win any car shows based on looks
The fun:
- Car (except roof) had been brush painted blue by previous owner(s). You can see hints of finger painting under. As the blue paint peals away, you may have a unique and fun art car underneath!
