^ I agree with that. Depends on the county you live in.

Good luck with the sale! Awesome cruiser...love me a diesel 60 series.

Just get a post office box in a county that doesn't require emissions and register it there. I know a few guys that do this.

The area of Wisconsin that I live in has changed the rules about smog checks a few years ago. Basically closed down all the state run smog centers and farmed it out to the mom & pops. Vehicles without OBD2 (older than 20 years) are exempt now, only plug into OBD2 port and scan a reading. No tail pipe sniffer or other visual inspections. I find it funny that states are wasting money checking this old iron, but that is another discussion.

Only if you live in the following counties:

All of Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson counties, and parts of Adams, Arapahoe, Larimer and Weld counties.
