This is a 1987 U1300L Unimog camper with custom composite habitat designed for off-grid camping. For the full story I encourage you to visit About our Mog by WabiSabi and enjoy a great read on building an expedition camper. You should also check them out on Instagram where they are building smaller platform composite 4x4 vehicles.

In short after acquiring this fantastic Unimog Camper in late 2019 we camped regularly and in a wide variety of conditions until our "gap year"which spanned 5/2022-5/2023. During that time we did trips from Oregon to Vegas via Death Valley, then San Jose via Sierras route and back to Oregon. But most importantly we did a 2 month trip down to Baja and back which was a ton of fun in this amazingly capable Unimog with off-grid composite camper.

This Unimog is now up For Sale on BaT feel free to head over there for more photos and information.

A-GC is selling this on our behalf as we've been on the road soaking up the last bits of our time off.

Thanks!

AWESOME rig. WabiSabi's quality and attention to detail are the zenith of any work I have ever seen, not only in regards to expo vehicles but aerospace. Heck, I bought their old cabin and they sent me CAD 3D drawings of how we would attach it temporarily to 4x4 wood cross supports for the trip home

AND, the seller (911r) handling the auction on Bring A Trailer is first class all the way, super professional, and wonderful to deal with. I bought a motorcycle from them on BaT, and not only was it a very easy transaction, but over and above service (they delivered it, no charge to Southern Oregon the next day as they were picking up a car in the area).

Someone is certainly going to get a top-shelf Unimog camper, You can see not only WabiSabi's Alaska trip on Instagram, but the build process is fully detailed there also.
